Privacy & Cookie Policy
This policy explains what information Cornerly ("we", "us") collects through this website and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.
What we collect
- Email address — only if you choose to join the waitlist. That's the only personal data we actively collect on this site.
- Basic server logs — our hosting provider may record standard technical data (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and reliability. We do not use this to identify you.
How we use it
- To tell you when Cornerly launches and to send occasional product updates.
- We never sell or rent your data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies
We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. The only thing we store in your browser is a single essential entry that remembers your choice on the cookie notice, so we don't ask again. You can clear it anytime via your browser settings.
Third parties we rely on
To run the site we use a few reputable providers, each with their own privacy terms:
- Hosting/CDN (e.g. Netlify, Cloudflare) — serves the website.
- Form handling (Formspree) — processes the waitlist form when you submit it.
- Google Fonts — serves the typeface; your browser requests font files from Google.
Your rights
Under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can opt out of emails at any time. To do so, contact us at newstecher@gmail.com and we'll act on it promptly.
Data retention
We keep waitlist emails until you ask us to remove them or until the waitlist is no longer needed.
Children
Cornerly is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Accessibility statement
We want Cornerly to be usable by everyone. This site aims to follow WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines: semantic structure, keyboard navigation, visible focus outlines, a skip-to-content link, descriptive labels, and respect for your "reduced motion" setting (animations are disabled if you've asked your system to reduce motion). If you hit an accessibility barrier, email newstecher@gmail.com and we'll fix it.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
