Which games does it work with? +
Assetto Corsa and Assetto Corsa Competizione on Windows. It reads the game's live telemetry directly, no mods needed.
Do I need a fancy wheel? +
No. Wheel or controller: if you can drive in-game, it can coach you.
Does the voice cost extra? +
No. A high-end voice is built in for free. You can optionally plug in your own premium voice key if you want.
Will it slow my game down? +
No. The heavy work runs in the background and the dashboard lives on a second screen, so your frames stay smooth.
Is it really free to start? +
Yes. The live dashboard and core coaching are free. Pro adds AI-written tips, session plans, and the daily email.
How is this different from the free and open-source options? +
It is a real category and some of it is free, so this deserves a straight answer. Simulator Controller is free and open source and gives you a whole voice crew if you are happy wiring up your own model backend. Full Grip Vision, Trophi and Track Titan all coach well too. Cornerly is built around what happens between sessions: it counts your recurring mistakes by name, sends a short brief each morning built from yesterday, writes practice and quali plans from your own laps, and lets you ask it about a session you actually drove. It also tries to name the cause rather than defaulting to "brake later". If live calls during the lap are all you want, one of the free tools may suit you better, and that is a fine answer.
Does my driving data leave my PC? +
Your lap history, personal bests and the record of your recurring mistakes are stored in files on your own machine. The free tier stays there. Pro features that involve writing (personalised tips, session plans, the daily email) send a short summary of the relevant lap to a language model to produce the text. No raw telemetry stream is uploaded, and there is no Cornerly account or server holding your data.
