Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 June 2026

By using the Cornerly website or app ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What Cornerly is

Cornerly is a coaching and telemetry assistant for sim racing. It reads telemetry your racing simulator already makes available and provides feedback, dashboards, and suggestions.

No performance guarantee

Cornerly provides suggestions and information, not guarantees. We do not promise improved lap times, race results, or that you will become a professional or faster driver. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Provided "as is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every car, track, mod, or simulator version.

Acceptable use & your simulator

Trademarks & third parties

Cornerly is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Kunos Simulazioni, the Assetto Corsa or Assetto Corsa EVO trademark holders, or any other game publisher. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Payments & refunds

If and when paid plans are offered, pricing and any refund terms will be shown at the point of purchase and handled by our payment processor. This section will be updated before payments go live.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cornerly and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including any in-game penalties, bans, or lost time. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update the Service and these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless your local law requires otherwise. (Operator details to be added on company registration.)
